To strengthen its relevance for professional practice, the Centre has established an external reference group. This group consists of representatives from the public, private, and voluntary sectors, and serves as a bridge between academia and societal needs. Together, this organisational structure ensures that the Centre for Security, Crisis Management and Preparedness Leadership (SKB) delivers research and education that are interdisciplinary and practice-oriented, while maintaining a strong focus on innovation and preparedness.
