How can cooperation between European universities strengthen the skills of students, researchers and staff?
Welcome to the webinar «Growing Excellence through Skills within the EDUC Alliance». Here you will get an insight into concrete opportunities in EDUC and hear what participants have gained from them. You will also gain insight into how the European university alliance Una Europa works with development for staff, and how the EU supports such work.
Together, we focus on how universities can support professional development and create more pathways into research.
This webinar is in English and is particularly relevant for researchers, PhD candidates or staff with an interest in skills development and international cooperation.
Mentoring schemes, language exchanges and work placements at partner universities are some of the opportunities you will hear about. Participants share their own experiences, and experts from EDUC universities explain how they are working to bring education and research closer together and give more people the chance to develop their skills.
From USN, Rebeca Schumacher and Rob Bongaardt will take part with presentations on skills development through mentoring schemes and work placements in the EDUC alliance.
