Semester start programme for campus Porsgrunn

Sunday, August 13th

• 12.00-15.00 See your campus! New students can enter campus on the Sunday before the start of studies. Employees and sponsors will be on campus and the Student Association is at work so you can pick up keys to your dorm.

Monday, August 12th

• 09.30 Meet the student buddies outside the main entrance.  
• 10.00 Official opening. Speeches and musical performances.
• 11.00 Introductory meetings to your study programme.
• 14.00 Buddy activities planned in consultation with programme managers for your study programme
• 16.00 Social activities planned by buddies, line associations and student societies.
• 18.00 "Fabrikken" opens up. Concert with Vidar Villa in the evening.

Tuesday, August 13th

• 09.00 Lectures. Check time schedule for full degree programmes, other must check in TimeEdit.
• 13.00 International meet up, for international students.
• 14.00 Buddy activities with a special focus on campus Porsgrunn. A walk in to town with quiz and puzzles.
• 16.00 Social activities with campus focus.
• 18.00 Student pub with live music and sing along staring PianoGlenn at "Fabrikken".

Wedensday, August 14th

• 09.00 Lectures. Check time schedule for full degree programmes, other must check in TimeEdit.
• 12.00 Student Volunteer Day. Fair with stands from local volunteer organizations.
• 18.00 Street party outside "Fabrikken". Concert with "Blåsemafiaen" and DJ's.

Thursday, August 15th

• 09.00 Lectures. Check time schedule for full degree programmes, other must check in TimeEdit.
• 14.00 Buddy activities. Volleyball tournament.
• 16.00 Social activities with a special focus on campus.
• 18.00 Quiz and karaoke at "Fabrikken".

Friday, August 16th

• 09.00 Lectures. Check time schedule for full degree programmes, other must check in TimeEdit.
• 12.00 Buddy activities focusing on the fellow students in your class. With food.
• 16.00 Social activities with a special focus on campus.
• 18.00 "Fabrikken" opens up. Concert with Cir.Cuz in the evening.
