Monday, August 17th
- 09:00 Mandatory introductory meeting for all international students in Hjørnestoga.
- 09:00 - Myllarsalen: Compulsory start-up for new Norwegian first year students (bachelor and one-year programme in Folkemusikk, Folkedans and Tradisjonskunst and first year students in tradisjonskunst og folkemusikk)
- 10:30 - Myllarsalen: Joint gathering Traditional Art 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade
- 10:30 am - Vaasalen: Joint gathering Folk Music 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade, folk dance 1st grade and Norwegian Folk Music/Norwegian Folk Art
- 10:30- Midtstoga: Joint gathering for Master programmes
- 11:15 - Lunch
- 12:00 Opening in Telemarkstunet (outside). Welcome speeches and concert.
- 13:15 Mandatory welcome meeting for all international students in Hjørnestoga
- 13:15 Stubben open - drop-in activity (boardgames and social meetings)
- 14:30 Guided tour in Krrossen (down town Rauland)
- 19:00 Bonfire and outdoor games at Telemarkstunet. Free grilled food (also vegan) and stick bread for all students.

- 14.00 School hour. Presentation of SSN and the student priest. Myllarsalen.
Useful information about what welfare services you have as a student, and get to know some of the people who work in the Student Association (SSN). In addition, student chaplain Kristian Gotehus Køhn will provide information about their service at USN. - 15:00 - 16:00 Residents meeting Student Housing in Stubben.
- 17:00 Natur trail Quiz at Telemarkstunet. Food is served. With SSN and the students.

- 12:00 Paddle trip/Walking trip to Sporanes and Rauland Church. Bring your own food.
If bad weather: Movie in Stubben. - 17:00 Bonfire with jamming on Telemarkstunet. Barbeque with food from the students counsil.
