After handing in your application
Important information will be sent to you by email. Make sure to check the email you provided us in your application frequently and double check that it does not end up in your spam folder.
You need to apply for housing as early as possible. You are not guaranteed housing if you do not apply before the deadline. Please contact SSN directly for any housing questions.
First week of November
- Exchange students: This is usually when you can expect your application to be processed and answered.
Remember that after you have been granted admission you need to apply for a residence student permit if you are a non-EU resident. If you are a citizen from a country outside of the EU/EEA you made need to transfer funds when applying for the residence permit.
10th of November
Online Pre-Arrival Webinar with the International Relations Office on Zoom at 15:00 (3pm Norwegian time).

15th of December
Class scheduele will be posted.
16th of December
Tentative Arrival Webinar with the International Relations Office on Zoom at 15:00 (3pm Norwegian time).

Early to mid-December
You will receive an e-mail with information about how to register for the semester.
7th of January
First day of the semester, with the exception of a few programs. The programs this applies to will let you know by email.
International Meet-up
There will be an oriantation meeting at each campus. More information about the time and place will be given.
