What happens until semester start?

After handing in your application

Important information will be sent to you by email. Make sure to check the email you provided us in your application frequently and double check that it does not end up in your spam folder. 

You need to apply for housing as early as possible. You are not guaranteed housing if you do not apply before the deadline. Please contact SSN directly for any housing questions.

End of May 

• Exchange students: This is usually when you can expect your application to be processed and answered.

Remember that after you have been granted admission you need to apply for a resident student permit if you are a non-EU resident.  

15th of June

You may now register for the semester.

9th of August

Open day at Campus (excluding campus Rauland) where students and staff can answer questions and show directions. 

10th of August

International meet-up and first day of the semester, with the exception of a few programs. The programs this applies to will let you know by email.
