What happens until semester start?

After handing in your application

Important information will be sent to you by email. Make sure to check the email you provided us in your application frequently and double check that it does not end up in your spam folder. 

You need to apply for housing as early as possible. You are not guaranteed housing if you do not apply before the deadline. Please contact SSN directly for any housing questions.

End of October

• Exchange students: This is usually when you can expect your application to be processed and answered.
• Remember that after you have been granted admission you need to apply for a resident student permit if you are a non-EU resident.  

15th of November

Online Pre-Arrival Webinar.

15th of December

Class scheduele will be posted.

There will be an Orientation Webinar at 10.00 am. Please check the information you have received on mail or the Facebook group. 

Early December

You will receive an e-mail with information about how to register for the semester.

8th of January

First day of the semester, with the exception of a few programs. The programs this applies to will let you know by email.
 

International-meetup 

There will also be a international-meetup meeting for orientation at campus. More detailed information about this will follow at a later date.
