I am a physiologist and professor at the National Centre for Optics, Vision and Eye Care at the University of South-Eastern Norway.
My expertise lies in visual ergonomics, focusing on the interactions between the visual system, visual demands, and physical health. My research explores how screen use impacts physical health, including eyestrain, musculoskeletal pain, and headaches, in both children and adults.
