- Underviser i pedagogikk i grunnskolelærerutdanningen (GLU) og er emneansvarlig for emnene Pedagogikk og elevkunnskap 1, 2 og 3.
- I tillegg til mine undervisningsoppgaver er jeg veileder og sensor for masterstudenter fra ulike deler av Norge og internasjonalt, innen profesjonsrettet pedagogikk og spesialpedagogikk.

Arbeidserfaring
Jeg er tidligere lærer i grunnskolen, pedagogisk rådgiver og skoleinspektør i Bosnia-Hercegovina (1994–2015).
Min internasjonale mastergrad i spesialpedagogikk ved Universitetet i Oslo (2005–2007) hadde samarbeidslæring i grunnskolen som hovedtema. Kunnskapen fra studiet har vært sentral i arbeidet med å styrke læreres kompetanse innen samarbeidslæring og inkluderende undervisning i sosialt og kulturelt mangfoldige læringsmiljøer.
Som kursholder og medlem av den internasjonale organisasjonen Step by Step – International Association for Initiatives in Education ledet jeg en rekke kurs og kompetanseutviklingstiltak innen programmene «Child-Centred Education» og «Inclusion of Minority and Marginalized Groups of Children in the Regular System of Education».
