I am an Engineer with a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Computer-Aided Engineering and Numerical Methods from the University of Split, Croatia. My fields of interest are fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, combustion and numerical methods.
I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in hydrogen safety, with a primary focus on the physics and dynamics of hydrogen gas explosions. My research utilizes a numerical approach to gain a comprehensive understanding and effectively mitigate the risks associated with hydrogen-related incidents.

- Utilizing theoretical calculations and simulations to investigate combustion physics and gas explosions, employing open-source tools such as Cantera and OpenFOAM.
- Understanding and enhancing existing combustion solvers for improved accuracy and applicability.
- Developing a novel combustion solver using C++ within the OpenFOAM platform, contributing to the advancement of safety measures in hydrogen-related scenarios.
