EYE-FX Network
Eye Education Foreign Exchanges Project (EYE-FX) was funded by Norwegian Agency for Exchange Cooperation (NOREC) and lasted from 2019 to 2025. The aim was capacity building in optometric education in the context of eye health and global blindness prevention, strengthen education systems and affect change in the realm of global eye health. One of the main objectives of this programme is to support capacity development initiatives and expand cooperation to other institutions in Africa and the developing world.

- Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, Kenya.
The EYE-FX Network is a continuation and broadening of the EYE-FX project, now including two more partners:
- Mzuzu University, Malawi
- The University of Cape Coast, Ghana
The project will start up in August 2026 with staff exchanges between the partners.
